We value the hands-on process of sketching and creating physical models, which allows us to explore concepts in an intuitive way. In addition, we embrace the power of three-dimensional computer modeling, which helps us rapidly test design solutions and communicate detailed data to consultants and contractors

Based at Merton Abbey Mills in London, Studio AVC is led by Ayca Vural-Cutts, who brings over 20 years of post-qualification experience in design.
After working in senior design roles at renowned firms such as Foster + Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects, Ayca founded Studio AVC in 2013. Her expertise spans a broad range of projects, from high-profile international developments to intimate, bespoke design solutions.
In addition to her role at Studio AVC, Ayca provides design consultancy for large-scale projects. She is an active member of the Merton Council and Wandsworth Council’s Design Review Panels for Wandsworth and Richmond, where she contributes to shaping the future of urban design. Ayca also shares her knowledge through monthly articles for international design publications and teaches design at South Thames College.
